Neat Suites is an experienced hospitality team connecting premium accommodations with guests traveling to Kentucky and Ohio. We are committed to providing our travelers with the most unique, clean, and relaxing spaces our region has to offer.
Neat Suites began in 2018 with a vision to bring high-quality, locally rooted accommodations to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Founders Ed and Jeremiah turned their passion for hospitality and real estate into a thriving company, now managing nearly 100 unique properties, including vacation homes, boutique hotels, and glamping destinations.
More than a rental company, Neat Suites is about people. Our dedicated team, from guest services to in-house housekeepers, is committed to creating exceptional experiences. Every team member is trained in hospitality and respect, ensuring a welcoming environment both on-site and behind the scenes.
We take pride in offering diverse, thoughtfully curated spaces that reflect the heart of our region. Whether you’re an owner trusting us with your property or a guest looking for a one-of-a-kind stay, Neat Suites is here to provide professionalism, care, and results every step of the way.
We believe we can only bring our best to work when our loved ones get our best at home.
We are capable of more than we think, but we often don’t realize it unless we step out of our comfort zone and lean in to uncertainty. Adventure either connects us to life’s richest experiences— or sometimes to failure— which brings wisdom.
Jellyfish can’t swim directionally—they just “go with the flow.” We’re not jellyfish. We look around, see what needs to be done, and do it. We determine who we want to be in the future and pursue it.
Philippians 2:3-4 – “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility, value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
Humility is THE key to building a fantastic team.
We show respect to each other and our guests by addressing issues quickly and kindly and by receiving feedback with empathy and patience.
We measure creativity not by artistic ability but by the ability to solve problems of all shapes and sizes.
